Thai Rolls

This Thai Fresh Spring Rolls recipe is easy to put together, and can also be made vegetarian (see instructions). Makes a great finger food for parties and potlucks, or serve Thai fresh rolls as an appetizer or part of a main course (perfect with a Thai salad!). Fresh Rolls are also nice "munchies" for in front of the TV - a terrific snack for any time of the day...or night! As a bonus, they're very healthy - low in both calories and fat, and are made with gluten-free rice wrappers.
