Thai potstickers are similar to dumplings, but are called potstickers because they are fried and tend to stick to the bottom of the pot. But don't be deceived - this potsticker recipe is easy to make. This version has a chicken-mushroom-basil-coriander filling, but can also be made vegetarian with wheat gluten (vegetarian instructions included). Enjoy Thai potstickers as a snack, an appetizer, or with a salad as a meal unto itself. Potstickers also make a terrific party food!
